Aims and Scope
Journal of China Studies is published by the Institute of Chinese Studies at the Pusan National University, which is the leading professional institute in the field of Chinese studies in Korea. The ICS (Institute of Chinese Studies) has been publishing the Journal of Chinese Studies since the year 2006 and has successfully made it a flagship journal in the Chinese studies field in Korea. China has grown as the "G2" among G-20 countries since the 2010's and China includes emerging and contextual issues related to Chinese economy, politics, laws, business and literature and so on. We strongly feel that a professional journal is necessary to deal with these unique issues related to various subjects in China. Journal of China Studies is meant to resolve these issues by stressing the fusion among all the subjects of China. Journal of China Studies mainly publishes research work using empirical method, theoretical development, and any quantitative and qualitative method, giving priority to (but not limited to) manuscripts dealing with the unique features of all issues in China. The Journal of China Studies is the premier journal on China Studies related to economy, politics, business, and literature by stressing the fusion of the inter-discipline research in the world. The journal seeks to advance knowledge about economy, politics, law, business, and literature. The journal is receptive to a wide variety of topics related to the China. The journal especially welcomes studies specializing in any issues that affect the application and fusion of China studies.
